Went to lift for my arms today and found a sweet ass machine in the back of my gym I didn't see before. Its called the gripper. You sit on the seat and grip the 2 bars and pull them together, usin whatever weight you can. You squeeze your hands and then loosen and repeat. Try using the Captain crush program I have worked my way up to # 2 for 3 to 5 reps and can crush an unopen beer can (kinda cool for party trick)start with the trainer and #1 for 6 months or so and you'll be amazed http://www.heavysports.com/powershop/grippers.html ------------------ IP: Logged |
