![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Before someone tells me do a search I would have but the search is down. I am thinking of purchasing an Elliptical trainer for my home (mainly for my wife who is overwieght) it is being sold as a no impact cardio exercise. Is it valid? Will she get an exceptable workout withit? Are they crap? Any knowledge that you can provide will be a help... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I personally think it would be a GREAT buy. I love doing the elliptical, it gives you a great workout especially for the legs. It is a no impact machine. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i recommended that my mom get the orbitrek, for the money it seems sturdy and will give resistance and full body movement. she ordered it last week, i dont think she got it yet or she would be calling to curse me out for the pain she is feeling. hehe. seems like a good buy for a home setup.
