Is narrow grip bench a good exercise to smoke your tris? I haven't done them in a while. I was wondering if they could help by regular benhc press. I know I need more tri strength. I can't do skull crushers cause of a bad elbow. IP: Logged |

Close grip bench presses are an excellent exercise for triceps. Building up your triceps, delts, and lats will definately help your bench press. IP: Logged |

I have done close grip the whole time i have been working out and they have probally given me the greatest gains on my tri's. now i can do sets of 8-10 reps w/ about 145 at 145 bodyweight ------------------ IP: Logged |

Close Grip bench is an excellent way to improve your bench. you should also try some Heavy Bent over rows, i like to them the same day as i bench along with close grip bench. tris delts and lats are the keys to a huge bench IP: Logged |
