![]() ![]() ![]() thanx for the advise, and i know what you are talking about, when you say, i have to train everything else, if want my chest to stay balanced...i will fix my routine, so that i train everything....but i want to still train chest 2x per week..because i feel i have the type of chest, that can handle 2x per week, between a 72-96 hour period of recover, but different angle each time wiht a routine like this.. monday: incline press..3 sets..6-10 reps tuesday: legs friday..flat press...3 sets..6-10 reps the only reason im not doing shoulders, or tris is because, they are getting a lot of stimulation...but i will be doing this routine for 4-6 weeks...just to get my chest going, then i will switch to a regular routine(giving chest rest)..i will be eating bulking but good food....what can you say?
