you can concentrate on improving your tricep
strtength along with your incline bench...
for your next 3 chest workouts substitute incline for flat bench..incline bench builds much more strength than flats..
anouther thing would be rotator cuff work, also make sure to space apart shoulder and chest days, and work tri's on chest day, concentrate on heavy close grip bench press for tri's..
ofcourse you should be deadlifting and squating regularly to build overall strength
if you arent already youll be shocked at the
rate your strength increases in the first month..good luck..

Work your triceps and biceps together on a seperate day. This has always worked well for my triceps. Change your chest workout around often. It sounds like your chest has abdapted to the same old routine. variety is the key to growth and your muscles get accustome very fast to a certain routine. There are 2 basic movements for the chest, presses and flys. For presses you have incline, flat, and decline, and you can vary your grip on these presses for more variety. The same goes for flys. Flys are an isolation movement so you might want to try them first in your routine to pre-exhaust the muscle. If you have a partner, something that works great for me is nagatives Don't do these very often and do no more than 3 sets at the end of your workout. Work with a weight that you can do 3-4 reps total. And do some rotator cuff exercises. Allot of guys I know neglect the rotator cuff but it's a key muscle when doing the bench! Good luck

Just get a bigger variety of chest exercises... it's worked for me. Change grip, inclines, reps and you'll get improvements.

Change your chest routine completely...try new exercises and take a break from regular flat bench.
