you do an arm workout every hour of the day,for like 8 hours..and take a masive dose of carbs in between each workout! i tryed it,and i gained almost a full inch,on my arms... im gonna do it for chest this weekend... ss oo uu rr jj ee rr kk...... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It's also the same as Stuart McRobert's One-Day Specialization Techinique in Brawn. Do two exercises for 2 sets for biceps and triceps, every hour. The original idea had you do it every 90 minutes, for an entire week, for even better gains. And why would you juice when you can make the gains naturally? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I tried the Poliquin's One Day Arm cure. I did everything exactly on the magazine. That was such a waste of a day! It doesn't work unless its your first time bodybuilding. Had no gains at all... just about 1/4 an inch but it went down again several days later. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't see how this is physically possible. Muscle is made of protein....if it were physically possible for you too add an inch of solid muscle on your arm in one day you would need to eat shitloads of protein.....probably thousands of grams.....and how the hell could your body process all of it?? I have done the one day arm cure(Poliquin's version) twice in the last two years. I must say it has worked for me both times (w/o juice). My training partners also made good gains. First year, just under an inch, second year 3/4 of an inch. 1. Diet and rest have to be on. Lot's of protein and Carbs along with Glutamine and BCAA's. 2. You can't train any other bodyparts for a whole week, so that you maximaize recuperation. 3. The next time you train arms is when you measure them. Again 7 full days of rest, food and supplements is needed. I don't think that this program will work on larger bodyparts because of the great strain that would be put on the recovery system. I want to try this with calves, but then again I enjoy having the ability to walk. Good luck. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

HI everyone, Steve from the UK here I have been on these boards for about 7 months, just reading the posts, mostly anabolics section. The posts above though warrant a mention. I really think we must have some comedians here, probably go to the school of comedy as the Musclemag advertisers. A quick point here about this so called 1 "" in 24 hrs. I think you people who have been training for X amount of years should know better than encouraging people who know little about training. As you well know or should know that training is only the means to break muscle tissue down 'hythropsy' (probably not spelt right). With all this exercise on one muscle group is the body going to build 1'' of muscle tissues in so few hours, work it out lads. Training a muscle continually will not make the muscle rebuild faster, most probably the opposite, I think your deluding yourself by the pumps you are getting while exercising. You could do the same trick by eating a low carb diet to deplete the glycogen stores in the muscles for three days then switching to a high carb diet. Another point there is a thread on taking creatine, (i think theres about 200 odd), anyway why are there bro's still advocating taking juice with creatine. You should NOT take any fruit juice that is acid based i.e orange, grapefruit as this had adverse effects on the stability of creatine. It should be taken with sugar or even better with dextrose (0.75grams) and were possible Taurine or Alpha lipic Acid for additional cell volumising. I have train for about 8 years naturally just started my first creatine cycle last month pretty good for intra-muscular water gains, with marginal strength gains due to muscle buffering of water retention. I start my first AS cycle next month hopefully of DBol only I know should you something like Sus after 3 weeks to level out the test. I think todays supplement market is dying a death due to the continuing selling of false dreams. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
