lol i was watching a early morning workout show one time and they were talking about increasing speed. well, they had this guy running with a damn parachute on his back to give him more resistance! lol i have a feeling that would work, but i dunno if i wanna be seen running with a parachute on my back. good luck! I would hazard to guess that the parachute works. I've seen footage of Dave Kennedy's training of Buckeye football players and "alums" like Galloway who come back and are using chutes. ------------------ IP: Logged |
