I am getting sick and tired of this always happening to me! I go to the gym and my work outs are great. While I am lifting I look hugh, cut and could go on stage right then and there. The thing is after I go home I lose my cuts, size and look flat as hell. I know everyone gets a pump and looks bigger in the gym, but do you guys lose all of this like I do? I mean when I am in the gym I do not even have to flex my chest to see the striations in it. But about an hour later I have to flex to see anything. I am not around any body builders to really compare myself to them, but I feel that I have to be missing something and I do not know what. IP: Logged |

I'd chill dude. You will always look better in the middle of a workout or immediately after one. IP: Logged |

No, this is normal. You'll get used to it. The trick is not to take off your shirt until you're pumped. That's how the game is played. ------------------ IP: Logged |

doesn't taking glutamine help this because it hardens the muscle so you have a longer pump to your muscles? IP: Logged |
