Cardio and Diet, try to do 20 to 30 min of cardio in the morning before you eat, wait 20-30 min then eat. Try to eat clean. IP: Logged |

I used to weigh a fat 280lbs at 6'4". I'm now around 205-210. Do your cardio before you eat(I ran 2 miles every morning), then eat small meals, about 5 a day. I don't mean big full meals. Maybe a can of tuna, some brown rice, and a vegetable. Don't eat 3 or 4 hours before bed either. You can't burn anything, especially carbs, while asleep. It worked for me. IP: Logged |
