im 17 years old 5'10" 198lbs prety built im trying to get to 170lbs can someone help me on a quit way to lose weight my fat is in my gut and inter legs please help thanks

Cardio and Diet, try to do 20 to 30 min of cardio in the morning before you eat, wait 20-30 min then eat. Try to eat clean.

I used to weigh a fat 280lbs at 6'4". I'm now around 205-210. Do your cardio before you eat(I ran 2 miles every morning), then eat small meals, about 5 a day. I don't mean big full meals. Maybe a can of tuna, some brown rice, and a vegetable. Don't eat 3 or 4 hours before bed either. You can't burn anything, especially carbs, while asleep. It worked for me.
