![]() ![]() ![]() I have been riding my bike to the Fitness Center where I do my workouts and then I ride my bike back. It is a 20 minute ride. Should I do something special with my diet to preserve muscle. Cut Carbs increase Protiens? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry- I am riding my bike to drop weight, but I have heard that too much exercise can get you to loose muscle instead of fat, what can I do to my diet to prevent this. Thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I use to do the same thing guy! 15-20 minute ride to the gym, do my workout, and then ride back home. First of all, while you're at the gym, do no seperate cardio. Before you leave for the gym, put a low-fat, some protein type of snack in your gym bag and eat it before you leave the gym. This will give you a little energy for the ride home. Get more protein in your diet and get plenty of rest. By comsuming more calories and getting enough sleep, the rides to and from the gym shouldn'take anything away from your progress at the gym. ---------------------------------------- Train..........................(S)mart IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks dude, I have noticed a large gain in my leg strength mainly because after a bike ride to the Gym, my muscles are warm and can easily be stretched. I am getting excited about it in a way I hadn't before- Thanks for the help! IP: Logged |
