What's a good post workout meal and drink?

currently i eat pasta with chicken spread and a weight gainer, any ideas? thanx

Protein shake
1 Low fat yogurt
1 Bannana
1 Apple

Cal:570 Pro:52 Carb:83 Fat:3

Just be sure you get enough PROTEIN in. I always go with 40 grams within an hour of finishing my work out and then more protein at night. A good bit of natural sugars and simple carbos are good to replenish yourself too. Usually a glass of fruit juice or a bannana or something does the trick.

I work out usually late at night and afterwards I always have a protein shake. If I use a large glass of milk with the mix I usually get 40 grams of protein.
