Hey guys I just ran into this board but this is exactly what I needed to find. My question is that I am 220lbs at 5'11" and the only supplement I take is creatine. I think that I have reached my max size at 20, does this sound right? Right now I am going (M-Chest )(W-Bi/Tri) (Fri-Soulders/Back) (Sat-Legs) and I am losing interest in lifting, not enough energy in the gym and I am kind of getting depressed with my attitude, I guess its that I am going through the motions now in the gym. You guys have any ideas to get more fire in my workouts or to increase size? When I first started lifting at 170 I was 150lbs and in 3 years I gained 50 lbs, I wonder if this is my max. Anyone know of a good workout that will stress arm size?

On the training slump, just do what the other guys said and change your routine around.
As for motivation you need. Think about some bitch that shot you down for a lousy mofo and that you're lifting will drive her insane when that fuck she is with is all out of shape and you walk down the street ripped as shit.
My motivation is that I want to get bigger for hockey. But I could only play that card for a certain amount of time before it got played out(had noone to prove wrong or make mad of the rink). But Revenge, and making her see what she missed out on, never gets played out.

Concerning Diet I will have 6 egg whites for breakfast, with 2 slices of toast,a yogurt, banana, and orange juice, then I will have lunch maybe some chicken with pasta on the side with a glass of milk. Then about an hour later I will go to the gym and workout for an hour max, come back and have my myoplex protein shake. Dinner later on with a same kind of meal as lunch, then before I go to bed a straight protein shake with no carbs. I have shifted my routine around alot and it seems that all the machines are just getting old, I don't know, all I know is that I love lifting and I want to have the passion again. My current body fat is %10.

Have you ever taken any time off? Try taking a couple weeks off. Eat whatever the hell you want. Rent some movies and just take it easy for awhile.
