Pick 4 exercises for a chest routine, each exercise should have a different resistance involved meaning choose 1 exercise to be a barbell, dumbell, machine, cable, different resistance place different tensions on the muscle allowing you to develop a complete muscle belly.
For Example
Incline Bench Press(barbell)
Slight Incline Dumbell Presses(dumbell
Cybex or whatever chest press(machine)
Cable Flyes(cable)
All are different tensions that your muscle can respond to, train every body part like this.
Always warmup with a set of 15 on each exercise just to get used to that particular movement for the day, then follow with 2 sets of 6-10 and end with a slow non momentum set of 12-15, really focusing on making the muscle you are training do the work. Good Luck.

You have to learn to let your pecs do the work. Concentrate hard on using them when doing chest exercises. You should get an awsome pump in your chest after a few sets. I know it's hard.....you'll get it eventually.

I actually have the opposite. My chest is big and strong and my arms and back are weaker. If I were you, I'd consider some pre-exaust for those parts.
