![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It said mine was round 9.66... It was pretty damn close cause mine is 10%. Those things that pinch the skin and tell ya what your body fat percentage is another way to get it checked. Brumans 3.5% too high for you? How low you looking to go? I'm shooting for 5-7%. 3.5 is just too low in my mind. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() This calculateor cannot be anywhere near accurate, as it does not take height into account. For example lets say a guy is 6.4 and weighs 200lbs and has a 34 inch waist, and another guy is 5.4 with the same measurements, according to this calculator their bodyfat is the same!i don't think so. ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree that it can't be accurate 100% of the time, but damn, it was right on the mark for me ... ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() yeah, i understand what you're saying... and that's exactly why i wanted to ask people to try it out and compare... so i could get an idea of how accurate it might be. i've heard anything from .34% off to 6.5% off... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() mine was 7.6% i dont think it is accurate, it does not take account your waist to hip ratio, or you height which is probably the most crucial. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() go to this site it is probably more accurate considering it consists of height: http://www.phys.com/c_tools/calculators2/cgi-bin/calc_input.cgi?dir=body_fat_percentage&calculate=BFP&title=Body%20Fat%20Percentage these test can never relly be accurate, its more of an average of all shapes and sizes of people; what would the reading be if a ripped up bodybuilder with huge ass obliques and abs tryed the calculator, it wouldn't work.
