![]() ![]() ![]() Hi can anyone help me, I current do hammer curls and behind the back standing barbell wrist curls fo my forearms(after barbell curls for my biceps) I do about 3 sets of each. I have noticed size increase but my grip strength has not increased proportionally, anyone know whatI can do for grip strength? thankx IP: Logged |
