hey can i get some opinions on this. i read an article that said that alot of major league baseball players use a 3 days on/ 3 days off lifting schedule. what do you think? IP: Logged |

Yes in the july issue of Muscle and Fitness they have schedules of Nomar Garciappara, Brad Fullmer and a couple of other MLB players, check it out is has training and diet plans for them. IP: Logged |
