![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I split my HIT workouts into 5 workouts per week. I do between 3 and 4 exercise per bodypart. I do shoulders/triceps one day, upper back, chest/bicpes, quads/hams, and finaly calves and lower back (sometimes abs and foreams too) IP: Logged |
