How many exercises should you do to failure? I have about 20 exercises for all my bodyparts if not more... How many exercises should I do to see the biggest gains? Also should I use heavy weight? Or Low Weight, but high intensity? IP: Logged |

Bumans, if i remember correctly aren't you young, like 14 or 15? if so don't worry about traing with heavy weights until failure, save the more intense stuff for when your a bit older and your body's stronger.Use medium weights and concentrate on perfecting your form and focus.I think you are right to train using the H.I.T. abbreviated method of training, sticking to the basic excercises. You can get some good H.I.T. routines at the cyberpump website, just don't push too hard for now.Good luck.
