I been training for 2 years now and find it almost imposible to put on weight during the summers here in bc canada it so hot and my appetite decreases a lot! I was wondering if i should stop wasting my time and just cutt up for the summer and try to put on the mass during the winter?! i mean I am only 5;10 170lbs so I aint very big at all but i mean cutting would make me look a lot better! but size is what I am after IP: Logged |

if your already skinny.. theres no need to cut up.. just see how many calories you need to consume to maintain your weight.. but if I where you I would still be bulking if your skinny.. thats what i'm doin.. IP: Logged |

I am thin, it is hot here in calif. and I am eating. I rack up on protein and calories and I have been gaining weight but my metabolism is so high I gain slowly but the fat is not a problem luckily. just try to eat up all year then eventually when you see it is time to cut up do so. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Ok the thing i can suggest is to eat as much as you can, quality food and try some weight gaining supplements, drink plenty of water too.Do this right up til next summer and hopefully you gained enough weight,so when you come into summer you wont loose what you have accomplished. Some times i wish i had your problem,i have a terrible time keeping the weight off.Good luck IP: Logged |

Appetite is not a factor when trying to put on mass. Write down a nutritional porgram and follow it. You should not eat because you are hungry, you should eat beacuse you are trying to gain mass. IP: Logged |

Eat but not to the point where you feel you're gonna be sick. Like ore said follow some kind of nutrition plan. Good luck. ------------------ IP: Logged |
