![]() ![]() ![]() What do you consider to be good home systems that are affordable? I'm looking at benches and I see one's with way too many options. What do you guys think is the standered for a bench? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Should have incline/decline/flat bench and the thing for leg ext and rev leg ext. All yor're missing is something for squats. If ya want to really improve though, the gym is the best way to go and sometimes cheaper in the long run. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yes. As Mr Muscle said don't buy half-assed pieces of shit. Make sure it is quality and strong....good welding ect. Make sure it is really adjustable. Most of all....before you buy anything try it out, lie on it....basically make sure it works for you and meets your needs. I made a mistake when I got my bench....the thing is too small for me and as a result I can't use the leg ext. IP: Logged |
