The best way to cut up is to alter your diet. Doing 15 reps or higher will give you nothing but endurance. IP: Logged |

Shorter rest periods are supposed to up GH which makes you leaner but it would not make much of a diffrence. If energy in is less then energy out then you will be leaning out. ------------------ IP: Logged |
