which excersize works the upper chest more, so cablr crossovers (but not crossing over) from the top of the cables or from the bottom of the machine....

upper chest? incline baby..all the way..incline bench, incline dumbbell, incline flyes both cable and dumbbells.

Why wouldn't you want to cross over your hands? I always do it provides a better range of motion.

Cable cross overs work the Pectoralis Minor or the shoulder chess muscle, for the Upper
chess or Clavicular head you need to do Incline movements
