which excersize works the upper chest more, so cablr crossovers (but not crossing over) from the top of the cables or from the bottom of the machine.... thanks IP: Logged |

Why wouldn't you want to cross over your hands? I always do it provides a better range of motion. IP: Logged |

Cable cross overs work the Pectoralis Minor or the shoulder chess muscle, for the Upper chess or Clavicular head you need to do Incline movements IP: Logged |
