![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm admittedly a flabby bastard, but the worst area, noticable when I'm clothed, are my lovehandles. They make me look stupid. I have the rest of a workout plan done, but I can't figure out how to reduce my lovehandles to normal. Is it best to run or is there some low-impact excercise that I can use to make them go away? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Run for half an hour in the mornings on an empty stomach. Do circuit training. And also watch you calorie intake. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() we have tons of posts on this subject allready, just make a search and you'll find plenty of information on it. the best way to reduce your bodyfat is cardio on an empty stomach in the morning, and a low-fat, low-carb diet. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Running is great cardio work done in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 1/2 hour after to eat. Try to do at least 25 min. I started running when I was over weight and I had problems with my knees because of the extra weight, you may want to use a tred mill or a bike if you have the same problem. Good Luck IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've been told that skipping or other jumping and aerobic excercises are better. Is this true or are they all pretty much the same? IP: Logged |
