Yes and no, from what I know after working on my abs for a while. First off it's totally genetic to have a flabby stomach after puberty in some people maybe 2% of all people have perfect stomachs. My stomach is skinny and looks ok but I still have my baby fat which doesn't want to go away. The best way to get a six pack is CARDIO every morning on an empty stomach for me an hour. Also do ab crunches, and side bends. Wait after 2 hours after cardio (drinking water is okay) and watch your diet.

yes there is, people with different genetics develope different muscle structure...a good example is Ronnie COleman, he doesnt have a sixpack, he has a so called "four" pack. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica IP: Logged |

Im 30 and Ive never seen my six pack till just this summer, Ive always been in to sports and was never fat but just couldnt get that last layer of fat off till I started eating a high protein low carb low fat diet. I think the low carb was the trick for me. So in my opinion, all the cardio in the world wont help if your diet isnt right. GOOD LUCK IP: Logged |
