ANY BROS GOT A GOOD WORK OUT JUST FOR MASS.I JUST WANNA DO THE BUILDING LIFTS.BENCH,DEADLIFTS,SQUATS,BACK,STANDING BARBELL CURL,ANYOTHERS?I DON'T REALLY WANNA DO ANY ISOLATION FOR ARMS OR CALVES ETC.I JUST WANNA BULK UP FOR NOW THEN I'LL WORRY ABOUT IT.WILL MY ARMS AND SMALLIER MUSCLE GROUPS GAIN FROM THIS ANYWAY?I'M 6'1'' ABOUT 190.WANNA GAIN AS MUCH AS I CAN OFF CYCLE BEFORE MY NEXT.THANKS.HEY MOE! your arms will grow. might wanna throw a tri workout in. just remember good form and if you are not pumped try variations that is the way to build. remember to shock the muscles every now and then. ------------------ IP: Logged |
