I was reading in an earlier post that to build lots os muscle you need a 2:1 carb to protein diet, also they said to lose fat you gotta cut the carbs. What would be a good combination for someone who wants lose fat, but gain muscle at the same time? When should I eat these meals? What is a good diet that fits this?

Also, I'm just trying to get this straight...
I also read in this forum that the best time for cardio is to run in the morning, if so, when is the best time for Lifting?

Finally, once again this is from the forum, I read that the best way to get a six pack is through aerobics. What kind of aerobics Do this?

Here's a good plan. It's hard to gain muscle mass and lose fat at the same time. I recommend taking the time to add muscle mass and then cut up. Stick with a good diet. I recommend taking in 3,800 calories a day and get your calories from, 50% carbs; 35% protein; 15% fat. You'll gain good amounts of mass with this diet. All types of aerobics burn fat. Run, ride a bike, stair climb do anything that will get your heart rate up. Do aerobics 3-4 times a week if you want to get lean. Aerobics in the morning on an empty stomach is a good plan. You'll burn more fat. I would do my weight training workouts on seperate days. Be sure to eat before you weight train. Good luck bro. Leg me know if you have any more questions.
