![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() you train on the bag in rounds, start out doin say 3 to 5 2 minute rounds. working your way up to 3 minute rounds. dont try to knock the bag out for the whole round, just take it easy, work on technique, and about every 20 seconds or so throw some heavy blows. by the way it helps if you wear regular boxing gloves insead of bag gloves, especially if you are a hard hitter, i cant hit the bag hard at all unless i have boxing gloves on.. hope this helps.
