![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes when I've been working out for 20 to 30 minutes I begin to shake like an out of control vibrator. This is especially true for my legs. Its steadily gotten better since a year ago, but its still a pain in the butt and prevents me from working the muscles to the fullest. The longer I rest, the more they shake. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you can't exhaust a muscle before the shaking occurs, I recommend doing low volume training. There are less sets, but you use heavier weights.
