Hi there people, can you tell me what you all think of the ems systems, the machines where you put the pads on different muscles and they contract. I have borrowed one of a friedn for a while and hope its gonna help me! do you know of anyone thats have had results ? thanx IP: Logged |

I own one and while it has been sold as a muscle toner it's real function is to relax tight muscles. ( I bought mine to supplement my chiropractic treatments ) I don't see any magic muscle increases. Save your money and keep working the weights. IP: Logged |
