![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you don't want that bodybuilding ass, than don't do squats or leg presses. I recommend doing Leg Extensions, All Types of Lunges and the Stair Stepper, by Stair Master. Do cardio on that and your ass will be on fire. It will burn all the fat in your ass. IP: Logged |
