![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Imagine if for 24 days you couldn't go to the gym or go run or even leave your home. There is nothing wrong with you, but you want to lose as little as possible muscle/physique in those 3 weeks. I'm thinking that lots of pushups is good, with lots of ab workouts and cutting back on diet. Any ideas or suggestions? And no, all my furniture is too awkward to bench! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Press ups and sit ups are good but will only get you so far.You can add some free standing deep squats and lunges for legs and one legged calf raises on a step.Would you be able to do some chins?this way you could work your back and biceps by variating between underhand and overhand grips. When i was a teenager and couldn't afford a gym or weights, i filled an old rucksack up with books, i used to curl it by the straps, press it and put it on my back doing squats.Good luck.
