when i work chest i'll worm up maxing out on bench, i'll do around 3 or 4 sets to get to my max, then after that i'll do whatever. dumbells, dips, flys, just remember, don't over train, that's just as bad as under training....i started doing less and less on chest, and i'm getting bigger because of it.......peace bro..
