![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SINCE I'M UP AT 2:30 AM FOR MY JOB 3 DAYS A WEEK I CAN'T DO MY CARDIO RIGHT WHEN I WAKE UP AND AM CURIOUS TO KNOW IF I'LL GET THE SAME RESULTS (BURN FAT) IF I DO IT AFTER I LIFT? IF YES SHOULD I NOT EAT FOR A CERTAIN TIME BEFORE? I'VE BEEN READING IT'S OK TO DO THIS. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO LOSE MY LAST AMOUNT OF FAT AS I HAVE WORKED SO FU@#I@ HARD TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF AND SHOW THAT I HAVE MUSCLES!!(WHICH I LOVE) WORKING ON ABS ABS ABS..... GOTTA EAT CLEAN I KNOW. ALSO, IF I EAT 5-6 TIMES A DAY ON MY DAYS WHEN I'M UP AT 2:30 IS IT O.K TO EAT EVERY 3-4 HOURS INSTEAD OF 2-3? BECAUSE THE 3 DAYS THAT I OPEN UP THE STORE ARE KILLER FOR ME. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() to answere your question, you will burn fat if you do cardio after your weight training, the reason to this is that youre bloodsugar has decreased during your workout, and as you start doing cardio yur body taps into your fat storage to get its energy. however, the reason its BEST to do the cardio first thing in the morning is because thats the time of day when your bloodsugar is at it lowest. but dont discourage, i did all my cardio after my weight training last time i dieted down, and i got some pretty good results from it. im wondering when you sllep, if you eat at the times you have listed you cant be sleeping more than 2 hours a night. and thats NOT very good. also remember to drink LOTS of water, since this will help your fat loss. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() MY EATING SCHEDULE IS 3AM 5AM 7:30AM 10;30-11AM 2:30PM(AFTER WORK) 6PM AND 1 MORE TIME AT 8:PM IF I CAN IM USUALLY GETTING READY TO SLEEP. I SLEEP BETWEEN 5-6 HOURS A NIGHT AND I SEEM TO DO WELL THOUGH PROBABLY BETTER IF I GOT MORE SLEEP. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can get good results by doing cardio after weight training, just be sure to never do it before. By doing a lot of cardio before weight training, your performance is at a 10-15% decrease, because your muscles are fatigued from the cardio session. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Maxmuscle, for about a month or so I've been doing cardio before my weight training and I have to admit, my performance level was prettttttty low. In conlusion I decided to switch my routine, by doing cardio after my workout. Of course now I struggle to get threw a hours worth of cardio, but no complaints, I'd rather be at my best with the weights then with cardio. I tried separating them, but mentally I couldn't handle it. I felt like I was obsessing by going to the gym twice in one day. IP: Logged |
