are cable crossovers different to flyes? i was thinking of chaging my routine from flyes to crossovers for a while!? or should i do both? i bench incline and flye at the moment.

You can switch around between flys and cross overs,but id tend to keep flys as a main excercise and use crossovers as a back up when you want to change up your routine,get board or stale.

I like flyes more. They help me in developing that "little valley" bewtween my pecs. Follow the valley to the happy trail, which shows the way to Shang Ra Lah.

Gotta disagree here with the common wisdom. A blown shoulder forced me to switch to narrow-range of motion cable flies instead of dumbell flies. And man, my my chest had never felt tighter or fuller.
