![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'd say my abs are my best body part. They ain't ripped, covered by a small layer of fat, but those fuckers are strong. Legs are my favorite to train though. I have more fun training them then the upper torso, plus when it hurts to walk the next day you know its cause you put that hard work into them and that it'll soon pay off. ![]() ![]() ![]() good response bro's, i personally would say shoulder's and triceps.For shoulders i do two excersices.Three sets of machine presses,keep the tension on - don't lock out at the top and don't lower below ear level.Then finish with two sets of lateral raises, a little trick i've incorporated is on my last set i go to regular failure,but keep on trying to lift the dumbells untill the range of motion is only a few inches, then i sit at the end of a bench and lean forward, i then lift the dumbells to the rear, sort of like a tricep kickback except keep the elbows straight and locked.This burns the shit out of your delts and really hits the side and rear heads. For triceps again i do two excesises, the fist is three sets of weighted dips.Nothing unusual here, just a good mass builder.I the do a movement that you rarely see anybody do.If your gym is like mine -old,there should be a free weight sit up machine lying around.Its like a fixed 70 degree bench with a rope and pully at the head and a bar at the back for loading weight.I change the rope with knots to a rope with loops so i don't thave to grip.Then just keep your back flat against the bench and do overhead pully's, you get a great stretch at the bottom,and a stong peak contraction at the top.You could improvise by putting an ordinary bench in front of the low pully cable, just get the right lenght of rope with the loop's at the end.This one hits right at the back of the tricep, that band of muscle behind the horseshoe.Give it a go for a month you won't be sorry.
