![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Couple questions... 1) What exercises work the back of your legs? They're hamstrings right? 2) What exercises work the groin area? I risk pulling it when I skate. 3) I know I can't spot reduce fat, but what exercises work the ass? I have an ass, just want it to be firmer. Thanx. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I already posted this on the anabolic board but I post it again. In this months t-mag online it has a great article on hamstring/glute/lower back training. You should take a look at it at www.testosterone.net . It calls for spliting your leg day into hams and quads. On hams day you do elevated snatch-width dead-lifts, good mornings, and stiff-legged deads. I tried it yesterday and my butt, back, and hams are very sore. You might want to give it a try. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Does your gym have one of thoses 'sissy' leg adductor/abductor machines that only women use? No self-respecting BBer would be caught dead on one of these machines, but they are great for the groin area (if done with intensity). If not, try duck squats (wide stance squats with toes pointed out). IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() i agree with most fo the answares here..but i think i better make it clear that SQUATS is a major ass builder, and then i dont mean as in tighten, i mean as in "junk in the trunk". Paul Dilett came up with this analogy and i think it hits right on target. on squats he said "If i want to build my ass i just sit home in the couch eating KFF". he feels the same way as i, squats is a great exercise, but if you allready have the ass, dont do it. ------------------ "..damn you for not giving me my TEST. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mr Muscle: If I understand you right, you mean squats make your ass bigger. Where does it grow to? Out or to the sides? If I don't want to make my ass bigger, should I cut squats out of my routine? Is there any other one exercise that works the legs like squats? Another question: When I work my calves how many sets and reps should I do for them? There are 3 "stances" you can do when doing them. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Giant set: I checked out the hyperlink you posted, but I can't seem to find the program/article for the legs. Where do I go from the home page for it? Thanx. ------------------ IP: Logged |
