![]() ![]() ![]() pace during workout = speed of workout? rep scheme = rep program (e.g. 12, 10,8) set scheme = set program trisets = 3 exercise in quick succession (i.e. an exercise follwed by two supersets - I once read an article by Lou Feringo who claims he does these) partner spots = help from partner to get last few reps out forced reps = reps that you can't do on your own but can force out with a spotter. Usually only the last couple in a set. IP: Logged |
