![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Try this diet. 2,200 calories day. 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat. 275 grams of carb a day, 193 grams of protein a day, 37 grams of fat a day. Eat six meals a day and devide those daily numbers by six and calculates how much carbs/protein/fat you should be eating each day. IP: Logged |

I'd rather have a small layer of fat on my stomach and be pretty muscular than have a 6 pack and with no chest muscle and skinny ass arms and legs. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'm lucky as hell though. I'm one of the few people in my family that are naturally built. I don't mean ripped, but I got weight to turn into more muscle. ------------------ IP: Logged |
