hey, heres another question i need answered, so whoever is out there, please reply.

~~Should i consume about the same amount of calories on workout days, and non workout days?? If not, should i consume more calories on workout days, or maybe even more calories on non-workout days?

i agree, although ive read that some people thinks one should reduce carbs a little bit on off days...

it depends kind of, there wouldn't be much variation either way, but if you are trying to gain mass stick with the same diet everyday, if you were going for ripped, which i doubt at your age is what you wanna do, but with that you wanna eat less on your off days
