![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() it depends kind of, there wouldn't be much variation either way, but if you are trying to gain mass stick with the same diet everyday, if you were going for ripped, which i doubt at your age is what you wanna do, but with that you wanna eat less on your off days ------------------ IP: Logged |
