![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I believe milk is very healthy for you. I recommend drinking nonfat milk. If you can't handle nonfat milk, drink Milk with 1% of fat (about 2.5 grams per serving). It wouldn't be a good idea to drink milk to get cut. Dairy does have a lot of calories. It would be good to drink milk to gain mass. I recommend no more than 4 servings a day. But if you're on a low budget, you can probably have 6 servings a day. Good luck. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1. Yes it can. Milk is full of sugar. 2. Sure 3. If they are "bulking up" as much as the feel like. While cutting a real bodybuilder will have no milk and no sugar. 4. If you are using milk for protein there are much better ways you can get it. IP: Logged |
