hey Mr.Spellwin, this is Nobu, an ameteurbody builder, great site probably the most informative one i have came across. great job. Anyways i was wondering if you would consider adding a tips section to you discussin board whether od diet , training or just motivation, i think it is a great idea and would benefit all.

also it would be great to get the big shots from the anabolic boards oer here to. i mean, using drugs and all they have to have a great knowledge of nutrition among other things.
