![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm about ten pounds underweight then I should be and about 20-30 lbs under what I would like to be for next years hockey season. I'm wondering if I took weight gainer and gained weight, will I lose it if I stop using the weight gainer, but continue to lift and eat right? ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Weight gainers are okay to use. Probably the best one I've seen is N-Large2 from Prolab. It has 52 grams of whey protein, 600 calories and 110 grams of carbs per serving and it's low in sugar. This is probably one of the best gainers out there. If you get a gainer that is full of sugar, you'll get big and fat. You may even get a little fat off of N-Large2, but you'll also gain a good amount of muscle. Try to eat more too. 6-8 meals a day and try supplementing. Creatine is a good way to gain weight. You'll gain like 10 pounds of water weight and when you cycle off you may have gaiend 2-3 pounds of muscle. Good luck. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() if you're looking for a good, no great weightgainer go for heavyweight gainer 900, a whoopin' 55 gram of protein per serving, about 900 calories and 122 grams of carbs. But thing that's so great with this weight gainer is that it's easy to digest, so you won't be known as gassy Rexie if you use it... ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() if you are not taking A.S. you should keep the gains you make through natural training. You don't have to keep supplementing, just eat the right food in the right quantity. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would avoid Heavy Weight Gainer 900. I've used it. Last time I remember, it only had 35 grams of protein and 101 grams of carb. The bad part about this gainer is that 42 grams of the carb comes from sugar. That's bad. All that sugar turns to fat. I gained some muscle using that gainer, but I also gained good amounts of fat. If you're a hard gainer, this supplement may work for you. The reason why I mentioned N-Large 2 by prolab, is because it contains little sugar and more protein. IP: Logged |
