Please tell me your opinion.. Sun-Legs,calves,and abs Mon-bis, tris,and forearms Tues- chest, and abs Wed-cardio(30min)Hard Thurs-back, and calves Fri- cardio(60mins)EZ Sat- shoulders-traps,and abs 3-4 sets 6-8 reps 1.5- 2min rest between sets. 1 gallon of H20 a day and 200 gms of protien per day. I would not want to do chest the day after doing tris. You could switch your tues and wed workout to give your tris a day off b4 doing chest. Also I would up the protein to 225-250 and drink around 2gal of water a day. One last thing is you are working out 7 days a week. I think you could cut this down to 5 days and still get the same results. You would have your weekends free and give your body a break. In the long run that would be better.
