![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I wouldn't train my triceps a day after I've trained my chest. If your sore biceps aren't effecting your back workouts I would leave it as it is. Personally I always train my triceps with my chest and I train my biceps with my back. Or I'll do a split that looks like this. Day 1- (Chest); Day 2- (Back) Day 3- (Shoulders); Day 4- (Legs); Day 5- (Arms); Day 6-rest; Day 7- rest. If you don't train your triceps on the same day as chest or biceps on the same day as back, you can risk overtraining them. I hope this helps. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well, knowing that bench presses are a compound exercise. You're indirectly working your front delts and your triceps. When I work on my chest, I work it hard. After I train my chest, my triceps are pretty worked. I would usally wait a day or two before training my triceps. When you're doing back exercises (pulldowns, rows), you're biceps come into play also. Arms are a smaller body part and you don't need much to build them. At least I don't. IP: Logged |
