I want to try German Volume Training, but I don't know how to get any information on it. Are there any good books on it? Has this training worked for anyone on this board? And I just got the book Beyond Brawn. It's a book about High Intensity Training (HIT). Has anyone recieved any good gains off of that book or similar training? Sorry about all the questions, I'm just trying to figure which methods work for the majority of the people. Thanks.

I got some book off of www.EAS.com and at the time, I don't know if they still are, but they sent me one for free. I don't use any of EAS's shit, I figured I go to the site and check it out. The book wasn't a little ass book, the thing is bigger than most of my text books. It talked about German Volume Training, but I ain't sure how in depth.
