![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hey cackerot or should i call you goku? anyways along with you routine make sure to eat enough protein, about 1.5 times your body weight, along with lots of carbs after training to replenish your glucose levels, and minimal quality fats. take glutamine too, it will help with your recovery. don't over train, and good luck. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It might, it might not. You will gain fat along w/ that muscle. Use some supplements like Glutamine, Weight Gainers, and possibly creatine. I would reccomend that you take a amino acid supplement such as Twinlab's Amino Fuel 2000. After you have gained about 20 lbs then start to do a lot of cardio, or along the way you can do cardio for about 30 min on off days, but that will slow weight gain ------------------ IP: Logged |
