![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The trainer at my world gym said to bring out the Abs I should use machines with weights just like the other muscles. Sounds logical, also wanted to know the best way to do cardio for definition/mass retention. currently doing treadmill for 20 min 3Xweek. any suggestions would help. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Don't use machines or resistance exercises for your abs. This will thicken your waistline. You want your waist to be slim and ripped. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Im amazed that a trainer in such a big gym could even say something like that. listen to Too B.I.G he has gotten it down. As for cardio when i bulk up i do cardio 30 minuted every third day. When i diet down i do 30 minutes at 5am every day, plus the same cardio i do when i bulk. ------------------ http://home.sol.no/~mrmuscle/ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wow...the head trainer went to college and all that stuff too at my gym. So whats a good all around ab routine to get my waist defined and make the abs stand out? Just high reps of crunches, situps, leg raises, etc with no weight to failure? how many sets for each. everybody says something different, you guys seem to be in agreement though. thanks IP: Logged |
