![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() set up an incline barbell bench station with 40% less than what u can do for 10-12 reps where u hit failure in that range (e.g. if u can do 200 pounds for 10-12 reps, put on 120). next, set up an incline bench and grab a pair of dumbells that u can do for 10-15 reps. complete the set, and with no rest go to the incline barbell station and do as many as u can do. be sure to have a spotter because failure will be tougher to gauge due to ur fatigue. repeat 3 times. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() heres the basic from the dear Mentzer: warm up a few set of incline smith press and flat flyes, then take a weight that you can do 6 good reps of flyes to failure and do 1 or 2 forced reps, then go straight on the incline and do 6 reps to failure and do 2-3 forced. Thats it the good old simpel Mentzer way. Bluesy IP: Logged |
