Ok I know this is gonna sound pretty damn stupid but what would the ideal weight be for a mesomorph body type hockey player, 5'8"-5'11" and about 7-9% body fat. I'm thinking about 160-170 lbs for 5'8" and 190 lbs for 5'11". I'm probably wrong, but just a guess. Also I hear people I know talking about how they consider their arms small yet they are around 15". What are considered big arm? 17"?

I am 6ft and 220-225 yet i still can a run fast and run about 4to5 miles before i get tired or bored whichever comes first. I do more powerlifting than anything else.So there is no real set weight you should be just at what weight in which you can still perform athletically.

Answers to your other questions alot of people have 15-17 inch arms peel that fat off and there 13 just make sure your arms are in proportion with the rest of your upperbody. Ifyou train everthing with equal intensity(hopefully high)you will be ok, unless it is your genetic weakpoint.

Your arms are big when you can't get them into the blood pressure monitoring machine
