am i over doing it on my abs.

4 sets elevated leg crunches x20
4 sets straight crunches x20
4 sets cable crunches x10(heavy weight)
2 sets rotary torso machine(obliques) 30,15

i do this routine 3 days a week. tues, thurs, sat. is this too much.

damm, i wouldnt call that overtrainning you do way more than that, cut down ALOT.

Looks good to me, I do close to the same ammount of sets and have six little lumps of muscle sticking out, as long and it is only three days a week.

I think you are. Remember your abs also get hit hard while doing squats and deadlifts(if you're doing them correctly) You probably already have great abs but just can't see 'em under the blubber. That's the way it is for most people but they still think that 100 situps a day will bring out their abs.

I think it looks good. Most people don't train abs enough to really start working them. Most people might do 4 sets and they have just started really working the muscle. It's when you continue from there, that they really start burning. I do a minimum of 8 sets of 30. And when i go to boxing 3 times a week, well then we're talking an incredible amount of repetitions. I couldn't even count. But this is just to strenghten the abs (for boxing). You need to use weights to get the definition we're all looking for.
